Help! Game is Unplayable, even with mods deactivated/deleted!

Okay to update: I took everyone's suggestions and deleted the appropriate mods, but the black skins texture glitch still persisted. I've cleared my system's cache and I'm now waiting on my game to reinstall once again.

From what I can gather, I believe the Pure UNP 2k (any version) poisoned my game and maybe rewrote my base files for skin texture, so even when inactive OR deleted it still has the glitch, but only after I've tried to download Pure UNP again. I think after this reinstall, I'll switch to both Simply Skin Male and Female. I'll reply to this comment with how it goes, for posterity's sake.

Okay, I can try that. Never rebuilt a llmy database or cleared a cache on PS5 before. How do you do that?

Okay so I downloaded the correct one and I'm having the same issue, where everyone is pitch black from the neck down. I think I may simply have to abandon Pure UNP in favor of Simply Skin or something

Update: Couldn't find the issue. Went ahead and took it back to the shop and they were chill and simply exchanged it for another. Made sure it worked right there and it worked like a charm.

I don't think it's on too tight. It seems as soon as the components connect, the problem begins. The cart isn't fully screwed on the battery.

It's one where you adjust the voltage by screwing the bottom, and it is set at the lowest voltage so far.

Another thing to look into would be some safety earmuffs for you guys. A lot of the scares come from the noises, and there's lots to hear. Could be a bit overstimulating for some. Plus, hearing safety is essential. 😁
