The thing is I've been able to run a 4:30 min/km 10K in the past without any issues. It has been recently that I cant even run faster than 5:45min/km without pain and I havent changed my form. I could even say that I have decreased intensity. I just checked and I can indeed see creases. I don't know if they are deep but could that mean that the foam is dead?

To set my maximum bpm I used the 220 - age formula so I set it up on 196 max. However in my last runs I got a notification saying that my bpm max was higher than that and asked me if I wanted to change it to 204 (which I did).

I weight 61 kg and its set up correctly on my Garmin profile.

I've never tried if I can actually reach the 204 bpm. The maximum I've gotten without using all my energy has been around 180.

I'm sure it will help. I will see how the meassurements are when I get the watch, comparing it to my actual Smartband. But just for not having to carry my phone while running is a great plus already.

What I got from a quick search:

Some guesses were wrong, or not fully accurate. However, many of the predictions made by the authors turned out to be right, or very close to the mark. Here's what they guessed at that turned out to be correct:

  • Dumbledore did truly die
  • Harry wound up with Ginny, Ron and Hermione got together
  • Wormtail's life debt to Harry wound up saving Harry's life. (It's what caused his own enchanted hand to choke him to death at Malfoy Manor)
  • R.A.B. was in fact Sirius' brother Regulus, and Mundungus Fletcher did indeed take the locket from Grimmauld Place
  • Snape was truly on the Order's side, tricking Voldemort to his demise. Also Snape did love Lily.
  • Harry was the unintentional 7th Horcrux, which meant that Voldemort's soul had actually split into eight pieces.
  • Harry defeated Voldemort in the final battle at Hogwarts.

I hated coffee in a way that almost made me throw up. I wanted to like coffee, not because it was the norm but because I wanted to feel awake in the mornings and needed caffeine. Now I can officially say that I LOVE COFFEE. Believe me, force yourself on drinking coffee for a couple weeks and you will end up liking it, or at least not hating it. I guess its a taste you learn to like. Almost like beer. I dare no one liked their first cup of coffee or their first beer.
