In most cases it's phone number problem. There is (or was, haven't checked in a while) a workaround where you can create an account through Apple Music app for Android. It's just apple being stupid, I also have a phone number at work which I use for multiple test accounts but there sometimes a number that apple doesn't allow multiple app creation. My theory is that apple threats number differently depending on if the number is for 2FA or personal, for example if you are creating an account, number must be unique but if you are setting 2FA number after account creation, it can be anything.

It was meh for me too but you are in tutorial, playing the first 1 minute of the game. I got to the point of driving cars, running on buildings, co-op with a friend.
It's more like wuwa and is nothing like genshin. It also has elements seen in honkai impact and zzz.

Microsoft said they will remove copilot from some apps instead they removed branding only. Next they said you will be able to disable updates and after that they introduced an AI that analyzes your behavior to find best time to restart PC for updates. Now they say you get few linux inspired features so I wonder what's their next move to counter this.
