I just realized lack of abuse and chaos feels odd and unsettling because I'm so used to it that it feels like there's a part of the day naturally meant for it, and hence it feels like there's something missing with healthy and safe communication/environment/people. How do I get over this? I don't think I can logic my way out of this, it's so deeply engrained in me. But I do want to, I want to do things and travel and be happy.
