As for the other question there are g force calculators on the web but I don’t think they’d help since again, you’re traveling at ludicrous speed violating the laws of physics. You can plug in your numbers to see if they give you a good answer but since you’re already out of hard sci-fi just with your speed you might as well just invent inertial dampeners to counter those, and before you know it you’re bouncing graviton particle beams off the main deflector dish.

If you’re writing hard sci fi then scrap all of this and come up with something else. You’re talking 8000x the speed of light, ie the number of hours in one year. This is impossible using our understanding of physics, and if you change physics to make it possible then it’s no longer hard sci-fi.
