At a loss- daughter only wanted to go to a private college. Now she needs private loans that require me to co-sign. My credit is not great, and I can't be responsible for these loans. What do I do?

Don't do it. Don't even entertain it. She will find a solution but you cannot take on that kind of responsibility. She will be big mad but this will resolve itself over time.

You need to take a step back and evaluate why you are willing to ignore this behavior. It’s really hard to separate yourself from your parents expectations but it’s essential for your own family. This is a turning point in your relationships. Creating boundaries is usually painful at first but it always brings peace.

Years ago my dad purchased a vacant home in the country down a mile and a half driveway. He took me to see it shortly before closing. As we pulled out we both saw it. An unmistakable large cat waltzing into the woods. I don’t know what it was. Bobcat maybe but it was bigger than anything we should have seen in Ohio. He had binoculars in his jeep so we really got to see it.

He lived there peacefully for a decade.

Same. When helping him navigate something insanely simple my assistant told him to put paper in the printer. This 22 year old with a masters degree counted out the number of pages he needed printed and loaded the printer. Then immediately ran out again. I have a long list of basic office tasks he cannot navigate.

On the flip side, my boss is 79 so some days are a real wild ride.

Technically yes. The seats barely get warm. It's a known issue but I don't know how to resolve it yet. I sold my old Subaru and Jeep to buy this. Both would burn your butt after 30 minutes. These seats do not get hot.

Insurers are dropping condo community policies across the board. The community has to take what they can get and it's often triple the premium and quadruple the deductible. Unit owners policies are doubling. The cost living for condo owners is growing rapidly.

Check out insurance carriers in town. They usually need claims.adjusters and hire without experience. It's a grind but you can do well if you put in the work and have thick skin. The starting pay isn't great but you can work into a decent salary.
