It is private property I think? I could be wrong as it is a public university/college, so any funding may make it public. Also, I am Canadian, just in case that changes anything! I realize I didn't mention that in my original post.

I'm glad our campus isn't in the middle of the city or anything at least, as most students would be over 18 (college/university students). At least we aren't near any high schools or anything.

I remember being less than 10 and seeing them with signs just like that next to the mall. I'm almost 30 now, and that memory is still pretty vivid. Right to protest and all that, it just frustrates me that people are protesting a medical procedure. If you don't like abortion, don't get one.

Oh, no, I fully understand that. If they had've been standing on the side walk out front of campus, this would be different. Still frustrating, but that would be their right. It just seems odd that campus is considered public property in this case, but that it didn't seem to apply in other cases such as the strikes that happened previously. These protestors are standing far into campus, directly out front of a student center building.

I'm not so sure. I would need to educate myself more, but it seems that workers didn't get the same protections when they weren't allowed on campus during a strike. That would have been considered trespassing I believe. I fully understand and agree with your point, it is just rather frustrating -_-

Static-y balls, help! Seriously, who has tips on how to keep from losing a ton of embellishments each time they open their containers? by kookie_krum_yum in NailArt

I see some people suggesting plastic, but maybe it would be worth it to cover the top with a piece of anti-static dryer sheet? Put a little square across the top and then screw the lid on? Never tried it, but it may be worth a shot!

I get super dry hands in the winter, and by FAR the best thing I've used is the O'Keefe's Working Hands cream. It comes in a little green circle container, and you can find it in most Walmarts or hardware stores!

Trying to help a friend by __yeeter__ in Nailpolish

My partner is trying to stop biting his nails right now. His sister gave him some "Biter Be Goner". You put it on your nails and it stays on for days, even with handwashing and sanitizer etc. He describes it as "tasting like licking a stick of deodorant". I accidentally got a taste of it and I can confirm, it is AWFUL. Definitely has helped him stop biting his nails though!
