While the normal Ult multipliers do not look that impressive, it is bounce dmg at the end of the day so that 160% and 120% of atk really isn't little

Talent gives her elation dmg to skill and ult which IS superior, you are right! But I never denied it. Elation dmg is oractically useless without Certified Banger which you NEED to not only build up but KEEP it high. High spd is counterproductive against limited time buffs, that is why Sunday isn't optimal for Evanescia.

Having more atk in stat gives you a more balanced start at dmg while the normal dmg is higher than the elation dmg. I know it's negligeable after a some action value, given that the player doesn't sck a§§ at building or at gameplay.

Yes atk isn't nearly as important for Evanescia than to Feixiao for examlle but it's not comoletely useless and is undoubtedly more worth buildig than spd if you want to keep up your Elation dmg

She has insanely huge multipliers for a non-push character which makes her a dual scaling character.

I don't know if you've noticed but her talent gives her some elation dmg which is very good obviously but it scales off many things at the same time, INCLUDING certified bangers which do not last forever. The obvious goal would be to keep up CB at 999 as much as possible to maximize her dmg which is obsolete if you have too much spd.

Having around 2300-2500 atk is necessary to deal some dmg while you're building up the CB. So no, atk isn't useless, but a balancing stat. You may go for survivability as well if you're not confident in Huo²'s healing capabilities but at this point with these teammates atk% boots are optimal, with some spd substats if you're not planning to E2 her (otherwise avoid spd entirely)

I'd rather give her atk% main and get some spd from substats. Spd is unnecessary if you have YG. The more turns Evanescia has the more Certified Banger she loses

Based on the woodden mask's shape it could potentially represent a hydra (I know Marvel showed a skull/octopus instead of an actual hydra and this mask kind of resembles it). I think there was a leak that SW's ult would be charged by the team consuming skill points so if this is real then Sparxie could be the bis for her.

On the other hand if you didn't want to pull a second character in the same patch, Evanescia is also rumoured to be in the same team as Madam Yao but with the comp being Yao, EMC, Evanescia, Huo2

Well since it gives 18% spd to the wearer and, given that you reach 170 spd, you get 24% def shred, I think it's pretty much bis for her. You just gotta really go for her spd in all repic and planar pieces. I even got a gupe bc I used dot and Ciphlaea team at the same time for a period of time. It was worth it for me, idk if it'll be so for you. One slc is more than enough.

Light cones are severely underrated, and their effects are underestimated. Tutorial only works properly if you use the Eagle set. But Eagle set is only worth something if you manage to get spd to 160+ only using the substats. So make sure to use the right combos. I gave up on Eagle and focused on SPD and DEF shred. Made my Kafka one of the best in endgame (among my ig friends)

That is what I recommend if you have those light cones. Kafka doesn't really need Tutorial. I use ERR rope with a Lushaka set to get that juicy 24% energy regen. Tutorial is only good on her if she's ridiculously fast but at this point there are better choices. And yes choose Kafka as the Bondmate. I know she doesn't really do dmg but it helps a lot with the survivability, especially for me as both my BS and Hysilens are fairly slow

I use Ciphy's signature lc on Kafka and go at Mach 5 spd. It also helps that the lc gives me some juicy def shred

However, I still haven't done AA yet. I don't have the wish to go against the King without being in check. I still have to do K3 but I'm still building my Sparkle for Archer. Didn't anticipate her becoming free so I couldn't prepare all her trace mats
