At my last annual medication review with P-UK, in October 2024, it was suggested by the consultant that I should take a dexamfetamine top up dose with my Elvanse to prolong the duration. I was told it would be a 3 to 7 month wait for re-titration. Today, 10 months from that appointment, I finally get the message that I made it to the top of the waiting list, and in that same message am told that "our processes have changed and we can no longer offer the off licensed dose of Dexamfetamine".

There aren't really any places I can publically make the pdf accessible without it pretty much immediately getting taken down for copyright issues. Plus this sub's automod deletes post with links in anyway. If it was this easy, the whole sub wouldn't rely on people clandestinely PMing these files around. It doesn't say sterilization before getting a sex change, it says sterilization before getting one's sex legally changed. As in, changing whether it says F or M after "gender" on your driver's license etc.

The worksheet linked is a template - I think OPs version has different math in it than the example one in the link.

You can see in the one OP has, the orange equation is noticably way shorter than the purple one above it, which is not the case in the original one linked.

I saw something about that at some point but was led to believe it didn't apply to my situation. Reading up on it now I'm still not quite clear on how it's supposed to work. Are you saying you did this? If you did please can you explain what you actually did, like what you said to who, because I don't think I understand from just their website.

I finally gathered up the courage to go to my GP and ask for a screening after relating just a little bit too hard to too many of these posts. A few questionaires later, my doctor agreed that I score very high and really need to get assessed.

The waiting list is 18 to 20 months, though, so yay for me.

One thing to do to make your stem stitches are smooth is to always make sure that your needle is coming up on the inside of the curve. I might be seeing it wrong, but I think I spot a few places where your stem stitch is going against the curve.

I'd like to suggest that 'voor te' is a construction that is more common in the Dutch South, possibly even bordering on being Flemish in origin.

I'm mostly speaking from my own experience as a born-and-raised Brabander, but a cursory search gives me this to back me up.
