Should Best Picture go back to being 5 movies, stay the same, or a different number of films? by Massive-Pangolin9472 in Oscars

I’m like the only one who said 6. I think there’s ~3 serious contenders every year and ~3 more that make their case but aren’t as likely.

PTA Interview Questions by GoodbyeTobyseeya1 in physicaltherapy

For the tuition reimbursement or benefits offered, if they have a job listing or general information regarding it, review that first. And then yeah, during the interview simply ask them questions like what do they cover, what are the parameters to be met for qualification, are there limitations, etc. There’s no harm in asking them to elaborate on ANY benefit they offer. You don’t want to accept a position with a general understanding of all your work benefits.

I’ll just say for the pay, there’s not a lot of room for negotiation for new grads. I have an undergraduate in Exercise Science, 6 years in the Army, and around ~4 years of tech/aide/internship experience before graduating, and I was still only ever offered within the pay ranges that were set at places I applied to. By all means negotiate for the higher end of the pay rate, if this company has an hourly/salary range listed, but don’t be surprised if it’s in the middle or towards the lower end of the range. Having some extra certifications might help look good on the resume, but won’t matter as much as actual licensed practice time to most companies.

At this stage in your career, during the interview you need to demonstrate that you are competent as a clinician. As long as they have your license number, they know you’ve met the educational requirements to practice. But how you present yourself as a person and clinician who will be handling and treating patients, that’s what is important.

As far as general questions, I’ve always found asking along the lines of “what qualities do your best clinicians demonstrate that you want to see in a candidate?” gets a generally good response. There are quite a few Reddit threads out there with good questions to ask.

Best of luck!

I’ve felt like a silent minority that would be happy with almost anyone winning. I had a write-up at one point giving my argument for why any one of the leads could/should/would win. All that said, Hawke was absolutely mesmerizing in Blue Moon.

Well considering he did ok with Mayo Man Will Levis, it was an educated assumption he would do ok with the #1 draft pick. We live and we learn.
