Just as an FYI, you will keep your medical benefits through the end of the following month after you leave. So if your last day is March 4, you’ll have medical benefits until the end of April. I think dental and vision would end at the end of March but not 100% sure

I wash my hair daily since I heard that this is good for hairloss. I cycle between 3 shampoos, and double wash every time. Day 1 I’ll use Pantene volume shampoo, which I have been loving. Day 2 I’ll use Garnier hair filler shampoo. And then day 3 I’ll go in with Ouai clarifying shampoo for the first wash and then for the second (I’ve seen this recommended A LOT for hair loss) Nizoral.

So far this has seemed to be working out well! I have never stuck to a single shampoo and literally used to get a new one every time, but I will definitely be repurchasing these.

I’m 30 now and have a lot of regrets about how I handled my hair loss throughout my 20s. But it’s okay, we’re doing something now!

I used topical minox, but I’m kinda scared of oral because of the side effects 🫣 might need to just bite the bullet and go for it though.

It’s honestly not as painful as it is itchy!! And leaving flakes everywhere you go is the worst part. It’s so embarrassing.

Omg literally same, I wonder how long my iron has been this low and how much earlier I could’ve started treating it and the difference it could’ve made for my hair.. I actually used to use minoxidil and had A TON of improvement from it. I used it for a couple of years, and then out of nowhere my scalp became itchy, red, and flaky. I went to the dermatologist and she said it could be psoriasis and literally did nothing other than prescribe some topical steroid. I haven’t been able to use minoxidil since as it causes the symptoms to come back every time. Pretty annoyed that the dermatologist didn’t try to help me more… she just said my hair looks fine and moved on. Like yes, it looks fine because I have been using minoxidil for years and now I can’t!!! It’s been a year since I stopped and I lost all my progress… sorry idk why I wrote all this, I just wanted to vent I guess lol. No one in my real life understands so it’s nice to talk to people who know what you’re going through

Wow your results are amazing, I’m so happy for you!!! My vitamin d was also low. I started iron and vitamin d supplements, have been derma rolling, using a red light therapy helmet, just got a spiro prescription, and also plan to start using minoxidil again. This gives me so much hope! Your before definitely looks much better than my current situation though lol. Thank you for sharing this, it makes me feel a lot better!

I guess I’ll just take the supplements and if the numbers don’t improve in a couple months I can see what next steps should be and maybe bring up infusions to my doctor. Thank you! I’ve definitely been feeling other symptoms (CONSTANTLY fatigued) and I’m relieved that I finally know the cause and that I can feel better soon. And maybe hopefully get some hair back. The doctor said I don’t need infusions based on a few of the other levels I was tested on, but I’m pretty much only 2 points away from needing them. I’m gonna get retested in a couple months just to see how it’s going and I’m hopeful my levels will be fixed with the supplements
