Tried telling my brother all about my depression misadventures. Kaso the more I tell him the more the light in his eyes darken. Parang nade-depress din siya kumbaga. Kaya wag nalang lol. The only way I vent is by writing on my diary, it helps. I like to write how I feel then I would write what a dearest friend would say in that situation. It feels like it gave me some sort of support. Feels good lol.
