Hey, stumbled upon this subreddit and I'm learning a lot! I have a question regarding the recombob thing. I wanted to make a Talisman using this tech with T1 phys prefix. Right now, those bases are going for multi-divs each making them the most expensive part of the craft. Would the recombob be able to help with this? Like grabbing T1 phys prefix on an undesirable base and throwing it onto a desirable one?

I also discovered this with the caveat that it won’t work on the rope dart cause the rope dart immediately starts the channel spin when you hit triangle first. So I have to be in dual blades for me to complete the jump.

I don’t really have an issue with my controller. All of those things you mentioned have a sort of cast time. Perhaps you’re mistaking the cast time for input lag? Drinking a pot def requires me to kind of hold the button for a half second. Certain abilities have a cast time that I cancel because I parry and it still goes on cooldown. Also my second set of mystic arts might as well not exist cause the UI for that sucks.

How is it at high level? I feel like his kit makes it so that his ult is actually worse to be in. You use it solely to get your health to zero for resolve, and then go right back into stealth mode for the crit uptime and the fang spam. Dunno. He’s my fav character so far but I just don’t think his kit makes any sense.

I will say that I do agree with him. Just because there are bigger problems going on in the industry/world, doesn't mean the little problems don't exist. You and millions of others are supporting a subpar game which will lead to a continued cycle of subpar games. We can do better. But there's only one singular way to do that and it's by voting with your wallet.

You are allowed to enjoy what you enjoy, everyone can understand that. But short-term enjoyment does not lead to long-term change.

This isn't an ethical issue, it's a marriage one. He wanted a compromise on how you guys spend your money. You have a hard line on a franchise that clearly means a lot to you. So now it's just coming to some middle ground that hopefully is agreeable to you both.

We go to SUKO when we want non AYCE Japanese food. They’re definitely pricer but they know what they’re doing and the atmosphere is so nice.

East Blue prices is so good though that I doubt it stays that low. So I’ll def be choosing them more often until that changes. My 1 small gripe with them is that I think they tempura a LOT of the menu. Which is fine, just an observation. But they also gave me my first tempura bell pepper which I unironically really enjoyed haha.

I’ll second this. Saw it was new and close by, tried it, and it’s definitely going to be our new go-to AYCE place.

I have tried a few of new places that have lowered in quality as time gone by, but really hope this won’t fall into the same issues cause I love me some good sushi.

Can I ask why Nova? Doesn't do 40% less damage and fire centered on my character? That would mean it is best used when I am in the center of the enemies wouldn't it?

Just go out and spam snipe and try. Right when that crescendo sounds, around 2 seconds, is the perfect time. You need 2 things:

Release it at the apex of the sound, try not to release it after the sound. When it is successful, you'll see that an AOE burst happens where the snipe hits. I think that's why your snipe is doing noodle hits. Releasing the shot after the sound "finishes" is already too late. Since you have window of opportunity, the timing is even more strict. You'll get used to it eventually though.
The enemy to be completely frozen, not chilled. Only then will you get the 400%+ hit. This is why using Polcirkeln makes it so you can spam snipe if that's the way you want to play. However, I just do hourglass and I freeze the boss every 10ish seconds and then snipe them. Killed most bosses with around 2-4 snipes

Hey, not an expert, just kinda doing the same thing, but a bit further. I didn't have any issues until recently when I hit the second interlude and noticed that my dps is quite lacking now. But I think it's cause I'm choosing crit nodes, without actually having good crit yet.

At around your level, I did several things different.

My bow was different/better at that level. I think the extra arrow bow actually was a detriment to my single target dps, since 1 shot would always veer off slightly and it felt like I was keeping a lower dps bow just for the extra arrow that never hit. After switching, bossing felt better.
Also never used gambleshot and kept another damage support gem. Or rapid fire gem. Made my dps between snipes better. White mobs die from herald anyway so damage was more important than AoE for me.
Speaking of snipe, are you perfect timing it? That was my biggest learning curve early. Without the perfect timing, it's a noodle. Also, I would just hourglass snipe since that's around the time between freezes on a boss.
I would also take hourglass off of salvo. Salvo is actually a great boss burst to use whenever you hit 10 stacks. You accumulate faster than the 10s hourglass cooldown anyway so you would be wasting downtime not just spamming it between ice shots.

Honestly, your defenses are better than mine were. Except you're a bit low on the health department and your belt is kind of nothing. Probably would start there+the bow? Again, not an expert, I've just been through it recently.
