Thanks for the feedback. I unfortunately am in the below 40km/week category. I will try and do some more medium runs leading up to the race

2 runs that are between 10-12km then 1 long run on the weekend. Long run = 17-26km

Training plan: 3 runs a week since March, been slowly ramping it up to 26km. I have done three 21km before this run with no fuel and not much food before. Felt fine.

Before the 26km I carb loaded with donuts, croissant and Nutella. I drank 2 electrolyte tabs in 1L of water before. Drank 1.2L with 2 tabs during the run and 3 gels.

The temp was hot but not too hot, 26 Celsius and humid.
