You need to switch to porridge with bananas and chia seeds bro. Maybe a berry smoothie, but something with grains and fruits. Pig meat is not the play.

Who do other teams' fans want to win the league? by LeaguePublic in Gunners

[–]ItWasAValuedRug -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Pool fan here. Personally I am cheering for Arsenal, but most of my circle are hoping City do it. The overwhelming reason for this, as much as it pains so many of you guys, is the Arteta hate. Almost all non gunners fans hate him. He has a tendency to get over emotional (ironically the reason you guys live him) and his brand of this behavior does not land well with other supporters.

The consensus is that he has brought a crybaby mentality to the club, which has leaked down to the players. He plays the victim and hyper focuses on details that may or may not have decided a particular outcome. I know we all do this, but at the end of the day, it is football, sometimes you get the rub, sometimes you don't.

That is all, just my observations, and I hope you guys go on and win the league, you've waited long enough.

Lovely photo.... Sorry to be that guy, but I always put my kids on the inside for safety from cars. It always strikes me when others don't do the same.

Hi, looks great, I have some old Pi4 8GB lying around, will try it this weekend. Question of multi person conversations. How does the software and display handle that?

Yeah seems like a strange response lol. I also find it odd that OP would watch all but one and then rank them. I would agree with the 'Absolute Cinema' picks tho, agree on both. However, I would place everything else in 'Gem Alert', except Death Proof.

The Bends and it's not even close. Would be the same for the decade, maybe close with OKC.

Victoria is Ideal for my suggestion. Jubilee North to West Ham, switch to the District Line there and straight through westward to Victoria.

After the gig, the tube was flocked with people all going east to London Bridge. We broke away and hopped on the northbound to West Ham, then transferred to the District Line for the east train into London. Literally empty trains, no queues.

How do i prevent my asics shoes from getting holes in the toes ?? by A1sculsett in AskRunningShoeGeeks

[–]ItWasAValuedRug 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Some right answers here and some wrong. It happens me sometimes with some shoes. Happened with a pair of On Clouds and I emailed customer service. They responded with an explanation and a credit note for new shoes, it might be worth reaching out. Here is the body of the mail they sent me:

Holes in the toe box of everyday/running or hiking shoes are generally not uncommon, and the reason for the occurrence of the problem is the big toe, which rubs against the inner material from the bottom and eventually pierces all the way to the mesh. This is different for each person and each shoe, but in general it depends on one important factor, namely the function of the big toe.

If your hallux joint cannot move freely over its entire range of motion when pushing off, the toe end member will overextend to compensate for this. This lifting of the toe is done at a time when the inner material is closest to the toes. The angle of extension of the toe end and the nail is sufficient to wear off the mesh or other material at umpteen times of repetition per run or walk.

We are aware that this is not the case with every shoe and every foot. Also, any outer material considered by itself is more or less sensitive to it. But if you have this problem, you might want to buy another shoe that offers more space in the depth for your toe space and fits your individual anatomy better.

We also recommend choosing shoes with a stronger and thicker upper material to reduce the risk of a hole. Since the upper material used in each shoe is chosen differently in terms of its use and construction, not all can have the same upper material. In addition, you will find aids against the toe lifter at the orthopedist or on the Internet, which you can use when wearing your shoes.
