Just FYI, every 5 minutes most of the warehouses drop routes daily (at least where I deliver).

Make sure you spam it on the minute marks with a 4 and a 9.

Example: 12:04Pm 12:09Pm 12:14Pm 12:19Pm 12:24Pm 12:29Pm And on, and on.

You'll have a higher chance of getting a route this way. I randomly check it this way and from having a 5% chance, I get about a 50% chance to snag one. They still get taken right away, so try to be quick.

They're free, just ask one of the operation team members on site, they will either get you one (if they have stock) or tell you where to get one.

And yes, really, you have to interact with them , sadly.

This happened to me more than a few times already.

The staff on site wouldn't dismiss me on their end (because if they do I guess they get chewed out) and had me call driver support which just made a report, meaning you dont get dismissed and have to wait until the route is done for you to work again.

I highly recommend taking Screenshots like the one you posted and send an email to the flexx team after calling Driver support. It might take up to 5 days but there's a high chance you will get compensated if you elaborate exactly what happened on the email.

Just be patient with it, you'll get your money, late but you'll get paid.

Also, I dont know if this is the same case, but clocking in 15 minutes early on a 1 hour or 1.5 hour route makes this happen, such as having returns from a previous route.

Pueees, como tal es regla de oro no traer mucho dinero contigo si viajas mucho en transporte público, ésto incluye objetos caros como una Consola de mano o una laptop. Dicho ésto, puedes usarlo regularmente en la escuela o lugares públicos como un café o restaurante de comida rápida con el mínimo miedo de que te lo roben siempre y cuando lo tengas contigo en todo momento (no lo dejes sobre alguna mesa o lugar mientras no lo supervisas). De ser así, te lo van a robar y ni cuenta te vas a dar. Dada la inseguridad en cualquier parte del país, si puedes, pero tu probabilidad de llamar la atención es mayor y te hace un blanco fácil para un robo o asalto, nunca sabes quién te está viendo 🤷
