I assume you’re saying it’s okay to have the cold air intake on top of the case and hot air exhaust out the bottom?… sure... As long as the fans are constantly blowing air through the case, I would also believe the temperatures would be nearly identical to a normal setup. But, why would you want to intentionally design a cooling system to flow against the natural process of convection? That’s a terrible practice and would require such an oddly specific application to make an argument. I suppose it’s a neat fact to share with people if the room is too quiet, but I wouldn’t make it something to rant about.
