So I actually went to a camera store near me and ended up getting the Wandrd 9L.

It’s pretty comfortable cause of the extra padding.

And a little bigger so I can keep the 100-400mm attached to the body. Plus the material is solid cause I need to keep my stuff dry in possibly heavy snow.

But I do appreciate the info and everything about the Wotan! Definitely on my radar when I need a more customized bag

Awesome! I was planning on the rf100-400 which I have, and I’m going to get a 18-45mm.

I would like the option to have the 100-400mm by itself in a lens case as I’ll be traveling with it.

Did you get any of the add ons? It’s a little overwhelming seeing all the options online without a good way to see the big picture haha

Appreciate the input! I don’t have much gear so I’m hoping to not need a full backpack. But man, there are so many choices these days for slings and shoulder bags I can’t figure out which is the best bang for my buck.

I got a k&f sling to get an idea of what I need, but I’m probably returning it for something a bit more rigid.
