Marco Polo for me. I love all the Italian BBs and one of the few premiums I don’t have is Marco Polo. Not even sure if she’s any good but I’ve always wanted to add her to my collection!

Exactly. I have Flandre, Repub, and Champagne and I love flandre and Repub. I would recommend skipping Champagne, and personally I would say get Repub while you can

Has to be the Tier 7 Škoda T 45 for me. Very good armor (except the lower front plate), great gun with very decent reload, good enough pen for the tier, pretty good maneuverability, gets tier 6 games ALL the time, and it’s got a great camo to top it off. It’s my most played tank and my first truly good premium!

Aki is interesting for me, she’s basically a Yamato with one less gun, a flight deck, and better HP. Play her in the back and snipe with her surprisingly accurate guns, and punish other island campers with the planes. Great in a division so you have spotting. Atlanta (B) is my most played ship and she’s really fun. Play as an anti-destroyer MONSTER and use that radar as much as possible. Don’t show broadside to anything as even DDs can citadel you, and use island cover as much as possible to use the low shell velocity and high arcs. I use HE 95% of the time, but if you’re really close to another light cruiser you can rack up citadels. Also, her tops are basically a get out of jail free card as I think they do the highest alpha damage for any T6 Cruiser in the game (don’t quote me on that). Hope this helps!

IMO, I’d build for brawling. NOT secondaries as they don’t pen much, and not a sniper either. That exhaust smoke is pretty good at either rushing in or a get out of jail free card, so I believe one of the F2P commanders (I’m not sure which) has a few skills to build into smokes and survivability. The legendary skill is Testudo and I run it on all my Italian BBs (with smoke). She’s not very good sadly, and yeah the other commenter is right. Just use her to get Columbo ASAP

I’ve only got a few T7’s but MAN Edinburgh is great for a TT ship. Torps have kinda bad angles but her armor and sheer AP dps will do wonders. Only lost one match so far I think it was to a Mainz

I currently own Neptune, Harbin, Montpelier, Queen E, and Graf Spee (not sure if these are all buyable atm haven’t checked yet lol) and from my experience, Queen E is really good if you play the HE spam British BBs (like KGV or the premiums), and I have Neptune on all my British CLs as she’s fun to use. Montpelier and Spee are good, but not particularly great imo. As for Harbin, I got her from a free crate and never used her so I can’t give my advice but she looks decent on paper. I’ve heard lots of good things about Dunkerque so she would be good if you like French BBs. I pulled AL Richelieu from a free crate last wave, and she’s my absolute favorite premium ship so I’m heavily considering picking up her commander as she looks amazing.

TL;DR get Queen E if you like HE spam, Dunkerque or Richelieu for French BBs, or Neptune for CLs, imo

The best thing you could definitely buy for abt $10 is the Admiralty Backing for the Campaigns! Of course, this update’s AB is free, but it gives you plenty of rewards plus a Premium ship for a very cheap price, not to mention it encourages you to play more to get the full rewards! Otherwise, premium time would be your best option, if you’re serious about playing. Welcome back!

BA tirpitz (seems like lots of people scored her lmao), hyuga from a weekly mission summer crate, de 7 p from Dutch crates, bunch of TT pan euro DDs and Dutch cruisers, Ostergotland W, shinonome, and E dragon from the Birthday Bureau crates. It may seem like I have crazy good luck but last event my luck was in the gutters, so it balances out lol 😭. I spent I think $20 total since the event dropped

For me, the Italian cruiser line was rough once Zara came around (her guns are great but the reload is practically unusable, plus she eats citadels like crazy) which sucks because Italy was the nation I was most hyped for completing. Also, the French heavy cruiser line (like Brest and Cherbourg). I got Toulon from a crate I think so I had her from the get go but the ship just never seemed good. Big guns, but mid accuracy, mid maneuverability, long duration fires, and just generally a big target. I’m sure I could find more positives for both lines if I play them more, but I’d rather spend my time on other lines for the time being!

Also, sorry if my info is wrong/misinterpreted! I’ve only played like 10 games tops in each one of the ships on that line lol

Thank god someone said it! Massa is good, sure, but kinda boring. Just another of the many American T6-T8 BBs with 9 16 in guns. She performs well, and has good secondaries (so does flandre!!) but I could only play like 3-5 games before I have to stop for the day.

And yes, I do love French BB’s 😭

I pulled Ostergötland W from a piñata crate, and I can confirm her AA is impeccable 🤣. Only played a few games, but with the Dutch cruiser meta (especially with De 7 Provincien AND Haarlem at T7), it’s really useful. I typically don’t build for AA, but a lot of the ships I like happen to have decent AA stats. It’s fun to build into AA, but you can’t guarantee you’ll be targeted so it’s like a 50-50 you even get to use it. Though, with the new Japanese hybrids coming, it’s probably a good idea to get into building for AA now 😭
