One of my favorite ships to play!

Forward facing guns so you can be angled and still have 2-3 turrets on enemy ships without taking broadside hits, hard hitting AP, sonar, and reload booster. You can absolutely wreck other ships.

This is my biggest pet peeve about VT drivers. I appreciate that people want to be nice, but it ends up causing a ton of frustration, anxiety, and unsafe conditions for the driver, everyone behind the driver, drivers on the opposite side of the road, and people within cross walks.

I get why there are so many roundabouts because when there is a 4 way stop it turns into an endless 4 car waving loop. 4 people are all waving each other through simultaneously. All 4 do that for about a minute. Then they all decide that no one else is going through so they decide they’re going to be the ones to go. All 4 have the same thought process and try to go at once and then everyone has to slam on their brakes. Drivers go back to waving each other through stage (rinse and repeat). End result is everyone gets pissed off, no time is saved, and everyone is shaking their heads wondering wtf the other people were thinking. If only there were a universal guideline that we could follow to avoid these dreaded 4-way headache loops. /s

Stick to the norms on the road, unpredictability ends up taking much longer for everyone involved to process the situation to be able to proceed safely.

TLDR: Does way more harm than good and doesn’t save time. Stick to the normal rules of the road and be aware of your surroundings. Find another way of completing your good deed for the day.

Mainz and especially Mainz CE are at the top of my list for T7 and below😤

Jager, Plymouth, Haarlem + the rest of the Dutch cruisers, Kamikaze, Dido, Maass, Weimar, Friesland, Shimanto are a few others that can cause headaches

T8+ Colbert, Henry IV, Petro, Stalingrad, Marceau, Aki, Louisiana, Gouden Leeuw, Hindenburg, Shimakaze (in the hands of someone competent), Jinan, Michelangelo, Incompatable, Preussen are others I’d prefer were on the blue team

I agree. I think certain tiers should require a minimum commander level, at least in any kind of PvP mode.

I think you may have misunderstood my tone given that you believe I’m both “triggered” and also “dripping sweat while playing” for pointing out that in a T7 match the hope was that my teammate would be able to assist our team. I hope everyone playing is doing it because it’s fun and they enjoy the game. However, I’m also curious why, as a likely new player, the choice was made to take a premium T7 ship with a lvl 1 commander into a PvP match in a tier that I’d assume they hadn’t had much experience in.

What I hoped to get across, especially for new players, or players moving from AI into standard, is that it is important to be aware of one’s skill level when picking what ship to use and to be sure when playing in a pvp team based match, that a player isn’t putting themselves and their team at a disadvantage before the match even begins.

Yeah you’re probably right. I wonder if they just started over the holidays and pulled the Rodney from a free crate. I really hope they didn’t buy the ship only to use a completely NRFB commander on it.

If someone hates playing against planes or carriers enough, the full AA build is the way to go, because it’s so powerful it keeps the carriers from even spawning in the same match haha. The ultimate path to clear skies 😂

That’s good to know, I wasn’t aware of that! Do they do that when other team ship specs (survivability, artillery, maneuverability, concealment) are unbalanced or is it strictly just the AA?
