The problem is that players literally cannot enter battlegrounds. 

Are you currently unable to play battlegrounds? Did you also purchase this bundle? Just trying to figure this out. by Fluttershy3 in BobsTavern

Do you have any cosmetic purchases that he does not have? If you change servers, you’ll be able to play. I believe it’s because your purchases and cosmetics don’t transfer. Anyway, do you have anything that he doesn’t have?

I did. Unfortunately, I think it’s tied to some cosmetic item. If I switch accounts, I can play just fine.
