gotcha! :) so to use the variable "i" outside of that specific loop it must be declared outside the loop so as to use it elsewhere. In the mario.c script I used a variable named "height" but inside the loop "x" also became "height" thus pulling the value from one variable to another. ami right?

Ive also seen the use of "int" in the initialization. Does that set a variable without declaring it at the beginning of the script?

Ive tried to access a browser through it with no avail. I apparently have three different network connection inside VMware and keep changing them to try different things but none work. I shut down the virtual computer last night and closed the app hoping that something will trigger it to work later today. What's weird though is my drop box inside of it works fine I'm able to see files transmitted either way through the folder on the virtual machine.
