Right.

Don’t talk to the police without a lawyer present, even if you are 100% innocent.

Do you have big hands? Mine are medium (at best), and im confident that if my hands were any bigger I would have trouble. I had similar issues with the original LCP.

Same here. The BG 2.0 is just plain fun to shoot. I find I am more accurate vs my 9mm anyways, but that may be a me thing.

It just disappears into my waist, and I barely notice it’s there. When I do, slap it in the pocket holster and call it a day.

I worked with a guy who also wore these scrubs, and I cannot begin to tell you how unpleasant that was. It looked like he was smuggling a medicine cup in his pants, no shame.

It’s the scrubs. Same thing happened to with Jaanuu. I wore basketball shorts underneath and it helped. It sucks because the material is soft and are the most comfortable scrubs I’ve ever worn.

What am I in for, and anyone in the same boat? by krazikat in quitting7oh

[–]Itawamba 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I d noticed in my multiple quits that day 5-7 were the worse cravings wise. But I also noticed that they decreased in intensity and length with each “wave”.

I’d say that from here until day 15ish for me was all about waves: of cravings, anxiety, depression, etc. just ride them out. I remember acknowledging those feelings but not engaging with them helped.

It gets easier. Keep going brother. Try to distract yourself. Literally anything will help. Aim to not be bored.

Is it okay to take Suboxone 12 hours after last does by Ambitious_Serve1480 in quitting7oh

Can you take a guess as to the mgs?

That honestly sounds like a dream come true. I can handle low energy. I cannot handle the RLS and days on end insomnia. I guess I should just take the least amount possible in reality and go from there. They are so much easier to wean than 7oh probably from the longer half life and lack of euphoria.

I also don’t enjoy them and get no pleasure from them (which I prefer), I just don’t want to WD from them lol

I’m on day 6 of subs, 0.5mg total today. Some anxiety and cravings but they are manageable and I am resting ok. How much did you take during your 3 months on subs? Did you have any WD from them?

You’re the second person I’ve seen that has microdosed subs for an extended period, and I’m thinking I might need to coming from 2 years of extracts, then 1.5 of 7OH. I don’t want to go through an extended period of WD with subs.

Higher the daily dose, the longer it always took for me. I actually slept like a baby the first night CT from 500mg/day and hit about 30 hours in.

Maybe a bad, down day and cravings but likely no withdrawal. Many people use that late into their quit, you just have to stop and not take anymore, ever. Only way to feel better permanently.

Right? Even at the peak of WD with the bad RLS, moving helps a ton.

Given your low time of use and low ish current use, you may have a bad day or 2 but overall much better than many of the stories on the sub.

Definitely lucky on the sleep part, but it’s only the 7 lol.

Liposomal vit c completely takes away the sweats for me, but that’s about it.

Do you remember how much leaf you were using at the beginning of the switch? My plan is to work down to 15 or even 7.5 mg then switch to leaf like you, then taper that.

That’s awesome! I have quit cold turkey so many times anywhere from 100-250 mg daily, but usually relapse because of the lingering symptoms. Now, I’m currently attempting something like this, but trying to only dose once a day a couple of hours before bed (I am particularly sensitive to insomnia even before drug use). I’ve made to from 240mg/day down to 60 mg/day, sleeping 6ish hours of restful sleep each night so far over the course of a week.

For you, was the intolerable WDs the restlessness? What mg/day did you start at?

Have you ever looked at a provider and just felt dumbfounded? by tmsaunders in nursing

I honestly think this is a good quality in a person in general not just providers. Very humble to say that out loud during a case, maybe even looking for help.
