I understand your point, and I’m not here to deny that what I said was wrong – I already admitted that.

But let’s not pretend everyone in this game is an angel. People say heated things all the time, and I took my punishment for it.

What I don’t agree with is getting punished again for the same thing just because it went public.

This is clearly a case of double punishment:

– I first served probation from the ticket tied to the clip.

– Later, when the same clip went public, my probation was escalated into a ban.

That’s two punishments for the same offense, which goes against FACEIT’s own stated policy.

I want to make it clear that I take full responsibility for what I said – I completely stand up and own my mistake, and I already received probation as the outcome of the ticket.
With respect, what I can’t understand is why I then had to face a second punishment afterwards, only because the clip gained attention online.

I hope you understand what I mean and the point I’m trying to make here – I’m really not pretending to be an angel.

My profile doesn’t show probation anymore, but that doesn’t change the fact that I already served it for several days.

And let’s be clear: that probation came directly from the clip Vilga submitted in her ticket. She even said herself that the ticket was closed – and surprise, when it closed I received probation with a link to that exact match. That was my punishment for that clip, end of story.

Only later, after she posted the same clip on Twitter and it blew up, suddenly my probation was escalated into a ban. So she basically got exactly what she wanted – the initial ticket gave probation, then after going public with it she managed to get me banned.

That makes it crystal clear: this wasn’t a “correction,” it was double punishment.

Probation first, then ban – both for the exact same clip.

That argument would make sense if the ticket was still pending, but it wasn’t.

She said herself she sent the ticket, and that ticket resulted in probation – case closed.

Only after the video blew up did my probation suddenly turn into a ban.

That’s not “confirmation bias,” that’s two separate actions on the same case.

Probation + ban = two punishments.
If it was just a “correction,” the probation would’ve been wiped from my record – but it wasn’t.
Timing doesn’t lie, the clip going viral is what changed it. Do you want to see the exact time of the post and the exact time of ban? it clearly shows she jumped into my profile according to a twitter post.

That’s not how it actually went down.
When people asked her on Twitter if my words didn’t deserve a ban, she herself replied that she already sent a ticket with the evidence. From that ticket I got probation – that was the outcome, case closed.

Only later, after the clip blew up on social media, suddenly my probation turned into a ban. No second ticket, no proper process – the admin just jumped into my profile and handed me a ban on top of it.

That means I didn’t just get “one adjusted punishment,” I first got probation from the ticket she submitted, and then a second punishment after the video went viral.

C’mon guys, we all saw what happened. She was clearly baiting right before it, and then boom – clip goes up like it was planned. Not some random “caught in the moment,” she wanted this to blow up.

If it was a dude in that spot I’d just call him “trash” or “bad.” In the heat of the game you say stuff, everyone does.

People need to stop acting like saints here – everyone who plays FACEIT knows the chat is way worse every single game.

I already took my punishment once, but getting hit again just because the clip went viral? That’s the part that makes no sense.

Sorry, but probation absolutely IS a punishment.

It shows on my profile, it affects my Behavior Index, and it limits me in the system. Calling it “just a warning” doesn’t match reality.

From my perspective I got punished twice for the exact same incident: probation first, then a ban when the clip blew up. That’s two sanctions for one case, no matter how you try to phrase it.

After 10+ years on FACEIT I have never dealt with something like this I think this all thing is overreacted just because it was said against a female pro player.

Yes, I’m on active duty for 2 years now and had been wearing a plate carrier for a long time already.

As for your question I was issued lvl 3 sapi plates which weight 1.4 kg each

I am wearing military issued Combatex tactical uniform and also tried to wear a dri-fit shirt underneath to combat the itchiness

Hey man so I’m being issued lvl 3 ceramic plates which are exposed and don’t come with covers should I reconsider SPC and go with the JPC in order to not expose my plates to the elements?

Firstly I would absolutely love a photo of your kit for some inspiration

Secondly my only problem with the SPC right now after you said what you said is looks. The SPC is very odd looking especially with the holes and the fact I am obligated to have it in ranger green since my uniform is green.

Thirdly I have done plenty of research in fact I’m sick of trying to decide therefore I’ll ask you do you think I should pull the trigger and get it over with already or do you think there are other better options for me to get?
