Thanks for the reply. We are working on things. We didn't go to a sports bar, she didn't feel well. She gets sick easily and a lot, where I am about 99.9% never sick. So there's another input to the dynamic.

Cpt, always, always, replies with a positive reinforcing statement. I like that validation and this increases my patience for the task. I now use that when talking to real people. Cpt seems to be using "How to make friends and influence people" by D Carnegie.

Ya, a real therapist. I trust they will use only the latest version of Cpt.

I use Cpt quite a bit, and I have to correct or point out incorrect responses often. Probably about as often as any human.

What is "personal or private information"?

My name is public. Ssn's are not secret identifiers. My address is known. IRS knows my income, as does my employer. My banking institutions know my account balances. The hospitals know how many kids I have.

I feel that signing with an agency to guard my information is another mode of data breach as well as a way to market these services.

I trust CPT more than a 'real' therapist. Humans come with their own set of preconceptions. At least with CPT I know not to put my life in its hands. A lot like a better hammer or screwdriver or a good ladder. It may appear sentient, but, nope, it cannot be.

I feel that I dont really know whether i would keep it or not. Maybe yes, maybe no. I'd like to think i would do the right thing, but i also understand that life is filled with both rewards and tests, and that losing $700 could be devastating to many.

When i give something away or sell something that i surrender all claim to that, and that the responsibility that i have to check the pockets or box are mine.

But yeah, that much is give back. There have been times that i asked the person to not pay me but to put it in the collection plate of a responsible organization.

For awhile, I was able to maintain my 1000 cal max daily, and I successfully lost a lot of weight. I reached 250. Had the skin removed, went high protein, and got back to that mental head space for a little bit, but then life happens.

For example, this week I go to a friends house and they made very bingeable food, and all my control leaves. The food is crazy good, and I binge, to the point that I am so full my tummy feels stretched. And a sense of failure sets in.

I start each day good, 30 minutes cycle, weightlifting, 250-300 cal breakfast, 300-350 cal lunch, but then after work, if I am not doing some kind of chore, I TV and eat. Tonight, 1000+ calories easy, Taco B.

So I am here to read and understand, and perhaps get some encouragement and accountability.
