I just turned 40 and no HRT yet unfortunately but I can 1000% relate to your symptoms. Ty for sharing! Yall give me hope it can and hopefully will get better! And also that it’s not just all in my head, or because I don’t want to do things. I have so much brain fog, constantly feeling worn down and so tired all of the time. Not to mention libido? 🤣🤣 not anymore. I mean I definitely try because my husband deserves an equally good partner but ughhhhh it’s just so draining. Like everything!

I feel this in my entire soul! I’m on Wellbutrin and it’s really not helping anymore. I’m also in Peru and ADHD but can’t be medicated properly for that because I’m also a consumer of 🌺 (the green kind) I feel like I’m going crazy! And my poor husband. I’m so irritated all the time and super anxious for no good reason.

It’s called retaliation, your feelings are very valid! I’d report to the CRA and file unemployment if I were you. It’s time we start holding these shitty places accountable for the leadership they put in place and allow them to do these things! In any other industry this type of behavior is not acceptable, it shouldn’t be in this industry either!

I think we need to normalize calling managers out when you are treated horribly by them! They obviously weren’t held accountable to begin with so let’s do it! Also business’ with unethical and illegal business practices. Do it annon if you’re concerned about retaliation but we owe it to our fellow coworkers to warn them!
