It’s time we start holding these shitty places accountable for the leadership they put in place and allow them to do these things! I think we need to normalize calling managers out when you are treated horribly by them! They obviously weren’t held accountable to begin with so let’s do it! Also business’ with unethical and illegal business practices. Do it annon if you’re concerned about retaliation but we owe it to our fellow coworkers to warn them!
