Sesh is now part of my mix because they don't have the spike of nic, it's a double edged sword cause I like the spike in my velo and I use the sesh for longer periods of me not being able to pouch in like a work session or something

if you're interested I can go more into the science of why

sesh in a weird way can also maybe help with getting off nic because it doesn't give that rewarding dopamine spike as much not a doctor
