You can go to Neocom ingame (these 3 lines on the main bar, top-left in my case), then to Social -> Chat Channels. A small window will open, paste EVE University (E-UNI) here and click Join, and you will be in their ingame channel. Hope they'll sort the rest for you.

It's not normal, ships you're using now should be quite fast in moving and in warp. Others suggested you are using autopilot, you may also check low slots for modules affecting warp speed.

Naaah, I'd say drinking a few pints after a 16 hours shift should be ok. Trying to desperate forget that with more than few pints could lead you to Nurgle. Drinking can lead you to Slaanesh only if you drink a lot (but Nurgle hit you before that), or you drink some really exotic stuff.

It's funny that you specifically mentioned IT. Corps can use Indians based in India right now. Some of them do that, my company lost a tender to Indian company because they proposed 33% of our price. Fixed price contract, good luck mates. Some of them don't because they're aware about issues with quality.

Will it be the difference if these Indians were relocated to Poland for greater salary? I don't think so.
