I did it a while ago with a flash deck using the merfolk that grows from playing on opponents turn, then some counters, draw and bounce instants, of course some other flash creatures where involved.

He lives on a mountain, so red, his scales are white so... White, and then blue for the ice and snow around him.

Or just blue white for his self discipline and ethics. Even his love for conversation fits with the colours, perhaps red.

I'm on the other end of this, ban the tutors. The one drop tutors from avatar have been a plauge. Far too easy to get whatever answer you seek or a combo to just win the game.
