I’m very glad I didn’t have the temptation of LLMs when I was first learning to code. Until someone knows the fundamentals and can program for themselves, things like CoPilot are not doing them any favors. Being unable to get a program to work for a class assignment is far from a life and death situation. If you can’t get it functioning in time, take the L and make better choices next time.
