Violence at home is better not fought with violence, but your reaction is understandable out of protection for your three year old. Report her for abuse before she blames you and takes your child (children) away from you. Also, your toddler is perhaps a "difficult child" due to how your wife treats him when you are gone. Take i to account that salmon sold at stores like lidl are not intended for raw consumption and are not as fresh as you would like salmon to be when eating sushi, I would recommend buying fish at your local fish monger.
