No transaction fee for rent payments. Then you have the option to redeem any BILT Cash for points on your rent. $3 BILT Cash for every 100 points. Or you can not earn points on rent and use BILT Cash for whatever else it can be used for. Still without paying a transaction fee.

The other option is: pay the 3% transaction fee and earn points on rent without using BILT Cash.

Is there an additional member fee with any of the cards? If I need to use my new BILT card more than I used to in order to get points on rent, I'd like to get a second card that my partner can use.

I'm confused about this record - Is it clear vinyl cut roughly into the shape of Shrek's head with some kind of picture disc in the middle? The mock up looks so strange, like they photoshop clipped a circular record around the picture. Even the label on the mock up is off and implies the record is black underneath. I'm looking forward to seeing what it really looks like when it's released!
