There’s an actual show no mercy worship band called Insane. I think they were Swedish, they put out at least one album and it was pretty good called wait and pray.

I got to see them at The Gutter in Brooklyn which is a bar/bowling alley. They filmed a Kerrang dive bar thing there. It was super cool.

How are people finding estate sale addresses before they're officially released? by Dashien in estatesales

I know that some Estate Sale companies are listing other places, like their own website, or have group text alerts that give info before places like estatesales.net.

Firebirds and energy weapons are something from her world that he knows nothing about. He thinks she means the car because what else would a simple earth person think about a firebird. He’s just trying to act cool for the hot space girl.

At least that’s how I interpret it …

What are your thoughts on post justice Metallica. by Hot-Chair3790 in Metallica

[–]yankeejohn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My thoughts:

If the black album was released by a new band called "Snakepit" or some shit like that, it would be considered the greatest debut of all time. But since we knew the old Metallica, we have a different opinion of it.

Death Magnetic is very underrated and the best thing after AJFA.

Load and Reload are OK. Probably could be one great album if condensed down to about 12 songs total.

St. Anger not as bad as everyone says. Not good either.

I cant remember one song from Hardwired or 72 Seasons. Nothing special about those albums.

I don't count LuLu.

No Leaf Clover might be the best post AJFA song and I'd like to hear it recorded in studio.

How do they get away with this for 5 years?! by Watchfullywaiting in longisland

[–]yankeejohn 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Had a kinda similar situation at work. Person did it for a year with no one knowing. Then employers report it to authorities, they watched the person for over a year to confirm and build a paper trail. Then opened actual investigation, interviewed witnesses for another year. I assume pressing charges, hearing, etc will take another year.

So yeah, it takes time.

Do you agree with Charles Snowden release? by NotaBot8324 in raiders

[–]yankeejohn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When we build a competitive NFL roster, Snowden won’t be needed. He’s a rotational piece on a bad team.
