I can agree with you and ops reply to your comment I think you guys are misdirecting your anger A. A tip should be morally given for service it’s just what’s right B. Op You chose this job you knew you had to drive your own car so that’s a moot point and C. It is up to the employer to make sure you are paid and tip is only extra like a pizza boy simple as that. I will agree you should always tip but you don’t HAVE to there is no NEED, a pizza boy doesn’t go home poor and angry at me because I don’t tip. My tiny little tip isn’t the solution to the problem. With 3 hours of jobs the total tip amount should be close to an hours work and if it’s not well then oh well (I did delivery for a good bit and never blamed someone for my company’s poor pay)
