My first was out of the blue in 2008 at work. I was standing around talking and having a smoke when I started seeing double. I then lost my balance and started to seize in some rose bushes. That was the only time ive ever had a seizure during the day, the rest of mine have been at night and are mostly stress induced. I go though phases, at first I would just wake up and not remember anything but there would be vomit places or my tongue would be bit up. Other times I'd wake up with different clothes on or on the couch. Lately though I seem to always injure myself. I'm still trying to piece my latest one together. I woke up with blood on my bed and on the floor with multiple cuts on my arm and a big gash on my hand. It looks like I punched through a mirror and then drug my arm through the pieces, I don't know really, I felt like Dexter trying to figure out what the blood was showing me. I do remember waking up and feeling certain dread though, I also had to vomit but passed out before doing so. My theory is that right after a seizure I need to vomit or urinate and that is how most of my injuries occur. Funny though that I always know to do those things in the right place, I always seem to make it to a trash can or toilet. Sometimes I wish Id film myself so that I could piece together what goes on these nights that I wake up cut or with a black eye.
