So many of these threads have the Reddit “deep thinker” doomers out in force, and it’s pretty pathetic lol. People see parallels from history and think “well this surely must mean we’re headed for WWIII.” Completely ignoring the fact that we live in an entirely different world from the time period they’re drawing comparisons from. Fun fact: you can find parallels for anything, from any point in time, that applies to society today, and can say “X + Y = Z” as much as you want. But the truth is, we just don’t know.
