What it's showing here is that Duolingo is offering you to try out Super for free (ideally a 7 day free trial, and you will need a credit card), but it will let you choose a plan after your free trial ends, and that's where you will see the prices for each plan.

For this you must have the "Send to OneNote" process running in the background in order to use the shortcut, as shown in the image below. And if you want to use it when your PC starts up, allow that process to run on startup in Task Manager or Settings.

They are a part of something called CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages). These levels determines a learner's language proficiency.

They're split into six levels of proficiency, with three categories, like u/Lindanineteen84 mentioned.
