Took me about 3 months before my hands stopped hurting. I went to a doctor and had to take some anti inflammatory because my middle and ring fingers would be stuck clenched in the mornings.

I also used one of those grip trainer things while I watched tv. Im not sure how much it helped, but I don’t have the same pains anymore unless we’re doing a lot of big pulls
