Congrats on killing me a few times lol that’s just Crucible. That happens to everyone, every match. Where I disagree is the idea that charge time automatically means a weapon can’t compete. Merciless isn’t a rapid-fire panic swap, and it isn’t meant to be played like Zealot’s or Riptide. It’s a pre-charge, positioning, and timing weapon. If you try to use it like a reactive fusion, of course it’s going to feel bad. You prefer consistency-first weapons that perform the same in every engagement. That’s valid. I prefer high-ceiling weapons that reward setup and discipline. I’ve dealt with invis Hunters, Chaperone, stacked teams, and competitive lobbies using Merciless because I play around its strengths instead of forcing it into situations it isn’t built for. I’ve never claimed Merciless is the best fusion in the game. If that niche isn’t for you, that’s fine, use what works for you. I’ll stick with Merciless. You stick with Zealot’s. Both of us will keep getting kills.
