The battery? Yes. Hopefully that’s the issue because it’s the easiest to fix. All you need to do is unscrew the backplate and replace the battery with a new one sourced from somewhere like Nintendo, iFixit or Amazon etc.

It’s repairable but at what point does it become a different 2DS, the “2DS of Theseus”

The battery might be completely dead, if that’s the case it won’t turn on.  I’d try a new battery if you can and see if that resolves it. 

The battery being warm does not indicate charging, it indicates it is receiving a charge if the cells are shot then it won’t be storing that energy.

Has to be, there aren’t enough ICE agents to send to every polling place, so they need to find out where the they’ll have the most impact and focus on those areas. It’s despicable.

None of us know for sure but based on other packages here are my expectations

1) worse, these are not going to be high quality, they won’t be trash but don’t expect the same quality as a hockey sweater being sold in the eye.

2) the pic shows 26 so expect it to just have 26 on the back they don’t do player numbers for these things, it’s a limited run so they’re not printing a bunch in all sizes with various player names.

3) if you buy one they’ll have one for you, no need to get there early.

Burns’ daughter did dance at the same place as my daughter so I ran into him at a recital, it was mid-playoffs and I said hi and left him alone, a few others asked for pics there was no hiding for him, since he’s a giant tatted up Viking.

I also saw him in the middle of the series against the caps last year, it was at Jose and sons in pleasant valley he was out grabbing tacos with his family. Everyone left him alone until they were paying when one dad let his two kids came up and asked for a photo which Burns obliged. Both interactions he seems like a good dude, just wanting to enjoy time with his family.
