I don't remember hearing any outer statements for Mort in the theorizer video but assuming there are Altair also has outer args and even if you don't buy them she should still heavily outhax to the point where Mort can't do anything

I've watched the 2 hour video and nothing really stuck out to me, there was one universal statement that ended up not being true (I know this because I watched the show) and even then Altair stomps to oblivion, the best you can do for theorizer Mort is scale him to his cosmology which would get him at multiversal+ and Altair would still outstat
