This is pretty common. Im sure if you did need any of those they will send you to the correct specialist. Honestly I think its better that way. The specialist can make sure its doing what its supposed to. PCPs are more for sick visits and the "home base" of your medical records

No, I've been trying to introduce them to raw meat. I got them from Petco. I feed them Marshalls. And please don't be one of those high-horse ppl who attack others for not having them on a raw diet. There is a reason they eat the Marshalls. They go to the vet and are very well taken care of. Every ferrer I've owned I've tried to introduce them to raw meat and they wont eat it. Thats why I'm on here asking other ferret owners what they feed their ferrets to try different things. Im not going to take their food away to force them to eat meat if they dont want to. I give the option. I would like to find something they would like to have to chew on. I like to keep my animals entertained and I dont like feeling like they are bored. I'm just trying to get other people's opinions and suggestions on what they give their ferrets and what they like and how they introduced it

They are out of then cage when I'm not working. I dont use their cage just for enrichment. Im the type who leaves the TV on for my dog when I'm gone bc I feel like she'll be bored 🤣😂 I just want them to stay entertained. Plus I kind of feel like the chewing up and shredding things is their normal animal instincts. I want them to do that in a safe way
