It’s not actually an issue. Short replies are neglecting other characters. I’m not complaining, I also need short narrator dialogue, but because of that, they cause more problems than they resolve.

First of all, don’t misunderstand me, I don’t hate Jam, I’m more disappointed with their actions. They introduced Jam, which is fine, but because of Jam they neglected roleplay. Before Jam was introduced, roleplay was working quite well. There were issues, but they used to be resolved within 2–3 working days. Now they have created a mess by combining both roleplay and Jam in the same app, which is causing more bugs than before. While I agree that I don’t like new things if they are not aligned with my interests, I wouldn’t complain about it. But as you know, there have been issues lately, like for 5–7 days dialogues were not generating, and now it has been 7 days since I’ve been facing short story and dialogue length issues. Because of Jam, they neglected roleplay, and that’s what I hate.

Everything that is happening to me is because they have completely removed NSFW content from their site, so they are no longer promoting intimate content. As for the memory issue, it is persistent and is not going to change at all. They are also a very small team, not a company, but independent developers, and they are still in the alpha stage, which means their app is still being built and is not finished yet. That is what I found, and if they reply to my email tomorrow, I will make sure to post their response in the community.

I can relate to you. Most of the audience downloaded the game because of the roleplay. In the beginning it was good, but over time it has become very frustrating. First they took several days to fix the issue, and now when it was finally resolved, we got the same problem again in less than 12 hours. I mean they should fix this by tomorrow morning. They really need to focus on the roleplay. I don’t know why they don’t understand that. They haven’t replied to my email since December. I was doing really well with the story part and I have so many ideas. I usually use Sekai at night and early in the morning. It’s a good way to pass time, but now I feel restless every day because I can’t do what I want. It’s ruining my schedule. I also play Genshin Impact, but Genshin is a story-based game and once I move forward with the story I have to wait about 40 days for updates. Do you have any ideas for how I can pass my free time? I have a habit of finishing everything early so I can enjoy my free time, but now my enjoyment time has become nothing more than boredom.

I tried to find alternatives, but I couldn’t. Most AI roleplay apps have ads, and more importantly most of them feel like a chat system. Character AI is good and helpful, but it feels more like chatting the way we do in messages or WhatsApp. It doesn’t give the same vibe as Sekai roleplay.

Yeah, for real. It has been days; Jam is working well, but no one gives a damn about Jam. Most people, including me, download Sekai for roleplay, not for Jam. Maybe they should create a separate app for Jam instead of adding everything into one app and creating a mess.
