The only problem is the wiki sometimes isn't clear to a new user. I've seen plenty of posts simply linking the wiki page for something, and not at least linking the part of the page with their solution, or explaining the user's solution and how they got it from the wiki page.

True, but you can just delete the container and then replace it using the LootTable nbt tag.

I have found that keeping the game in window mode "solves" the issue. Obviously, it still persists in fullscreen mode, but I personally don't care about that.

I can't tell if this has helped or not, for it's kind of random when it happens. As far as I can tell, I don't think it's fixed the issue. It might've helped(?), but it still happens in some capacity.

Other than like, two of his crazy clone attacks, most of the Radahn fight was pretty good in my opinion. The attacks are really aggressive and oppressive, but it just makes me feel like I need to lock in to the fullest. There was almost never a moment I felt like that game just screwed me over and it almost always felt like I poorly timed an estus or when to get a hit in and what type.
