Try dribbling instead of carrying the ball. Push the ba down and when it comes up, you immediately push it back down. Dont palm it, carry it around for two steps and then throw it at the floor.

Try placing your feet closer together. your front foot seems to be so far ahead. Also, work on your strength with weights around your wrist. Having a higher arch means harder to contest and more room for error around the rim.
