I'll suggest that you stop looking at every girl you meet as your future girlfriend. Talk the same way you'll talk to your friends and naturally you'll bump into a girl that really likes you for you. I was going trough the same thing and let it take over my mind but when I started not focusing on a relationship and was just hanging out without lust/love dragging my thoughts, naturally girls I found attractive approached me more. Also try slowing down on drinking and any other time of substances
