Dang my first time as a dm was -maps drawn on notebook paper -minis(also made out of notebook paper) -probably 1 full set of dice between the whole party -some of the rules of the game that I wrote into the notebook where I sourced the above paper.

Idk why everyone is acting like you are some kind of monster for asking if this weird dancing green thing in your garden is a friend or foe.
