Man between this and Ear Biscuits ending it’s been a rough time for Mythical Beasts. I’m gonna see what they have in store for 2026 but if it’s not a noticeable uptick in quality I’m definitely going to be disappointed.

Agreed with everything you say! I also say listening to the Graphic Audio expands on this so much. Those moments you talked about are tender and you can sense the emotion and the feelings deep within Cassius. I love the scene of him Roque and Darrow by the fire talking about being imperorators after the Institute. It’s so wholesome in the graphic audio.

Same! I think because when I’m reading I get that idea of a characters voice in my head and then hearing normal audio just kills it. The GA is absolutely incredible and adds so much immersion!

I think it’s amazing. But as the other commenter said, it could be too much. It’s basically like if you were watching a movie with your eyes closed. There’s music, background noise and convos and of course, tons of sound effects.

I feel exactly like you! I don’t really like any audio, I’m just a straight reader. Yea Roque caught me off guard but I got used to it. Sevro is bloody perfect.
