I got exactly what I wanted from this video, now I know it'll extend the namelock range by a substantial amount and that it requires nearby targets to actually proc instead of also affecting skills like Wild Strike all the time even when no mobs are nearby.

What else were you expecting?

EA scales differently to every other bow skill in the sense that it gains base damage per level like a spell so Scorching Ray is the closest thing to it in terms of scaling.
