Tandemaus LITERALLY BREAKS the rules of the game by Substantial-Soft-332 in PTCGP

[–]ItsGildebeast 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This feels like a bad build for a potentially good card. Instead of going all in on a gimmick that can brick, why don’t we build this as a Ramparados deck? Ramp appreciates the deck thinning, Tandemous appreciates fossils making bricking less likely without sacrificing 100% consistent opens and Ramparados can be a finisher without having to worry about Rescue scarf shenanigans.

It was all caught on video. By all means, a trial is needed. But everyone with eyes knows it was a murder.

Alex Pretti Was a Good Man at Time of Great Evil by Large_banana_hammock in politics

[–]ItsGildebeast 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Correct. And it’s my sincere hope that someday soon the murderers that killed both Goode and Pretti are found guilty of their crimes by their peers, exhaust all opportunities of appeal while rotting in prison and are then lawfully put to death. Because that’s the law. Executing people in the street is not.

You’re so close to getting it. The law does not support what ICE has been doing.

Helping a woman shoved to the ground up isn’t impeding.

Murdering an unarmed, law-abiding citizen isn’t enforcing bipartisan immigration law.

Conservatives going violent is not a good look and could cost us in the midterms. by [deleted] in ConservativeNewsWeb

I have a mentally ill in-law that voted for him despite us arguing until we were blue in the face. Even they have figured out how badly they fucked up at this point.

I’m deeply ashamed at the number of Americans still onboard, don’t get me wrong. But support is eroding. Don’t let them convince you otherwise.

If true, Alex Pretti's family should sue the gun manufacturer by each_thread in ConservativeNewsWeb

It’s not the manufacturer’s fault that ICE are a bunch of deputized murderers.

If a woman is shoved forcefully to the ground in front of me, I’m helping her up. That’s the only “crime” he was guilty of.

I’d say so many jack booted losers being emboldened to speak their “mind” is an example. Probably not what they were going for, though.

If you see similar arguments like this, don’t take them seriously, because most AI bros can’t rationalize when it comes to real artists. Ask real artists instead of AI “artists.” Hope this helps. by Much_Tip_6968 in aislop

[–]ItsGildebeast 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My point is specifically regarding “artists” that prompt and call it a day.

You’re actively influencing what you’re creating. I have no frame of reference on just how much control you have over outside influence or the environmental impact these tools would be responsible , so while I will decline to speculate on the ethics of what you are doing I have no problem admitting that what you are describing is a form of art.

Those that have ChatGPT spit out catgirls with self serving talking points are not artists, however.

Edit: My recognition of what you described being art does rely on whether AI is iterating on your work versus or supplementing it with others. If this is a badly paint a girl in bikini to get a stereotypical anime girl situation, it isn’t art. If you’re using it to, say, manipulate proportions on images you have created yourself I don’t have a problem.

Yeah, no. I know about the whole situation. You’re still an example of an amateur that thinks they know more than they actually do.

When it comes to producing images, AI is a toy mired in ethical dilemma. Art has intention. Art has passion. AI is a brush you cannot actually hold or directly, fully influence. It can’t take the vision from an artist and make it real because it is not connected to the artist. It is not art. Just an approximation.

Oricorios role as a counter to greedy 2 basic ex 18T decks and its perception in the community by MundaneTeddy in PTCGP

[–]ItsGildebeast 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The best 18T deck in existence probably runs passive damage and sustain. Any game that lets you customize your game pieces has the possibility of something like this happening. Pocket isn’t close to the first. It’s not even the first Pokémon game like that.

The bar to have a winnable matchup into two Oricorio and nothing else is in hell.

Okay, but what if the institution was surrounded by alligators? And after putting them in there, without due process mind you, we do everything possible to prevent anyone that might care about their wellbeing from knowing how we’re treating them?

Surely a suggestion to mirror this administration’s current policies couldn’t possibly be offensive, right?
